It's Sorcerer Mickey caught in a whirlpool from Fantasia and Fantasia 2000. He's looking for a spell to stop the brooms before the flood gets worse, but he find himself in a whirlpool.
This took 4 months progress, It's the longest working sketch I ever work on!
